A 30 year old man has been charged, after an OPP officer was assaulted in Clinton.
Police say they were called to a disturbance at an apartment complex on James Street.
According to investigators, a man had threatened harm against another tenant.
OPP say they attempted to apprehend the suspect, who resisted arrested and struck an officer in the head, and was later treated at a local hospital.
A Clinton man is facing three assault charges.
