Premier Doug Ford says the goal of his government is to get kids back to school, full-time, in September.
Ford says he wants to see students, especially in elementary school, in the classroom five days a week starting this fall.
He says he welcomes “out of the box” ideas on how to do that safely.
Ford mentioned, during his daily news conference Wednesday, that one idea could be to have kids learning outside as much as possible, weather permitting, at least in September.
He says he hopes the numbers go in the right direction for October and November.
