A 33-year-old man’s been charged with shoplifting at a Midland retail store on Highway 93.
This after an OPP officer saw him leave the store with what appeared to be unpaid items which were then recovered by police.
The man, of no fixed address, is also charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000 and failing to comply with a court order.
He’s been held pending a video bail hearing in Midland.
The accused was already on a bail court release from a previous police investigation when he was arrested.
