Scandinave Spa is reopening at 9 this morning.
However, due to the current pandemic, new safety protocols are in place.
They include:
- Saunas and Steam Room are not permitted to open until further notice. Scandinavian Baths guests will save $10 for access. Registered Massage rates can not be reduced in accordance to the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario guidelines.
- Due to reduced capacity, visits are limited to a maximum of 2 people per group. No exceptions can be made to this policy at this time.
- Guests are discouraged to arrive on-site without a reservation or a text notification from our wait list app
- From now on, we require full payment at time of booking for all reservation in an effort to reduce transactions at check-in.
- Grey Bruce Public Health has made masks or face coverings mandatory in enclosed public places. Massage guests are required to bring their own mask to wear during their treatment. Mask or face coverings are not required for access to the outdoor Baths activity.
- Scandinave Spa has enhanced sanitation measures and implemented a new health assessment upon arrival for all guests, employees and massage therapists.
- Guests will be responsible to follow new spa etiquette guidelines during their visit.
