The Toronto Blue Jays continue to seek a temporary home for the 2020 Major League Baseball campaign.
Toronto General Manager Ross Atkins said the team has 5 different contingency plans.
The likeliest scenarios have the Jays turning into houseguests of either the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park, or the Baltimore Orioles at Camden Yards.
CFL Hub City Submissions
Both the Saskatchewan Roughriders & Winnipeg Blue Bombers have indicated their desire to act as a hub city if the 2020 Canadian Football League season is played.
The Roughriders organization and the Province of Manitoba both submitted bids for consideration.
NFL Preseason Scratched
The National Football League has offered the NFLPA the elimination of preseason games due to the COVID-19 global pandemic
Earlier this month, the NFL cut the preseason schedule in half before the NFLPA's board of player representatives voted unanimously to recommend cancelling the entire 2020 preseason.
The preseason was scheduled to start on August 6th with the Dallas Cowboys taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Hall of Fame game
NFL Training camps are set to open next Tuesday.
The regular season is slated to begin September 10th with the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Houston Texans.
NHL COVID Results
The National Hockey League says 2 players tested positive for COVID-19 during the first week of training camps.
The two players that tested positive are in self-isolation.
More than 2,600 tests were completed on more than 800 players.

O'Reilly Looks To Defend
St. Louis Blues center Ryan O'Reilly is among the 3 finalists for the National Hockey :League's Selke Trophy.
O'Reilly who was born in Clinton, is matched against Boston Bruins centre Patrice Bergeron & Sean Couturier of Philadelphia for the award which presented annually to the NHL's best defensive forward.
O'Reilly, who played Minor Hockey in Seaforth and played in the OHL at Erie, is the reigning Selke Trophy winner and led the NHL in face-off victories for the 3rd consecutive season,
Lemieux Suspended
Brendan Lemieux of the New York Rangers has been suspended for the first 2 games of their qualifying series against the Carolina Hurricanes due to an interference infraction in a game March 11th against Colorado.
Lemieux who played for the Barrie Colts in the Ontario Hockey League for 3 & 1/2 years, is permitted to play in New York's exhibition game on July 29th.
Last year, Lemieux scored 6 goals for New York.
Domi Returns
Montreal Canadiens forward Max Domi rejoin his teammates.
Domi has Type 1 diabetes, and both he & the Canadiens agreed on waiting period before making a call on whether he would return in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Domi had 17 goals for Montreal last year.
Next Tuesday, the Habs will play their pre-tournament game at Toronto against the Leafs.
NBA COVID Results
The National Basketball Association and Players Association announced there have been zero positive COVID 19 tests over the last week.
More than 340 players were tested
NBA teams are currently quarantining inside Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida as they prepare for the season to resume July 30th.
Wolfpack Withdraws
Financial difficulties have forced the Toronto Wolfpack to end their 2020 Super League rugby season.
Team officials informed both Super League Europe and the Rugby Football League that the club, who were 0 & 6 in the top-tier Super League will not be restarting the 2020 campaign in England as scheduled on August 2nd.
The Wolfpack will also not participate in the conclusion of the Betfred Super League season
