Two people from Grand Valley have been charged by Shelburne Police following a traffic stop.
Monday July 13 around 2 pm, an officer was on patrol when they spotted a license plate on a vehicle that appeared to be reported as stolen.
The officer stopped the vehicle and discovered the vehicle had a second different plate that was also reported as stolen.
Both a 36 year old man and a 29 year old woman in the vehicle were charged with possession of stolen property, the man was also charged with taking a vehicle without consent, possession of a substance and driving while suspended.
