At Monday night’s council meeting in Shelburne, a motion was tabled to honour our essential workers.
Town Councillor Lindsay Wegener got unanimous support for a motion she tabled to honour the sacrifices of essential workers.
March 17th has been declared Essential Workers Day in the Town of Shelburne as the town has made a resolution to acknowledge the dedication and personal sacrifice of essential workers and what they provided in the community during the COVID 19 pandemic.
