A purse snatching suspect is in police custody in Midland.
The 21-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested after a July 5th incident in front of an Eighth Street home where a victim was robbed of a purse while another victim was assaulted.
The suspect was out on release by the courts at the time stemming from a previous incident and was arrested that night in Midland.
The man faces robbery, assault, cocaine possession and failing to comply with a court order charges.
He’s in custody currently awaiting bail court in Midland.
