An Oakville man faces charges including flight from police after a spike-belt stop in Orillia.
The 37 year old was arrested after police say he was reported speeding in the downtown area.
Police used a spike belt a short while later to stop the vehicle and also charged the man with impaired driving and Over 80.
The accused now has an August 4th court date in Orillia.
