A driver has been arrested by Caledon OPP after fleeing the scene of an accident on the weekend.
Saturday June 27th around 10:45 pm, a two vehicle collision happened at Highway 10 and Old School Road.
A pickup truck allegedly made an unsafe turn onto Highway 10 without signalling and collided with an SUV.
Both vehicles had severe damage.
The driver of the pick up truck got out of the truck and fled and officers eventually tracked them down.
The 36 year old Brampton residents is charged with possession of property obtained by crime after it was discovered both the vehicle and the license plates were stolen.
