An ATV crash at the east end of Industrial Road in Victoria Harbour saw its driver airlifted to a trauma centre.
OPP say the driver had serious injuries after the single-vehicle rollover Friday afternoon.
They were first sent to Georgian Bay Hospital.
The investigation into the cause continues.
