OPP in Chatsworth has charged a 48-year-old man after an assault victim was found walking near the Township's OPP detachment suffering injuries.
On Wednesday at 7:59 pm, police say they responded to the victim who was located at Highway 6 and 10.
An argument had occurred between two people and the victim was struck several times in the face, knocking out their teeth and causing a bloody nose.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result, a 48 year old Chatsworth man's been charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault from another previous incident involving the same parties.
The accused was held for a bail hearing scheduled for today.
