After a few days of hot and humid weather, we’ll start to get a break later today.
A cold front will cut through the province later this afternoon and evening, cooling off temperatures and wiping out the humidity.
Showers with the risk of thunderstorms are in today’s forecast, with some areas getting 10-15 mm of rain.
There is also the potential for severe thunderstorms, with heavy rain and small hail.
The temperature is expected to reach a high of 25 degrees, which is normal for this time of year, but we’ll still have a humidex value in the mid-30’s.
