Grey Bruce OPP are calling the number of of people whose licences were suspended for stunt driving on Highway 6 on the Bruce Peninsula this past weekend, “disturbing.”
Police say in all, 15 drivers were stopped on the Bruce Peninsula for doing 50km/h or more over the speed limit.
OPP report speeds between 135 km/h and 170 km/h on Saturday.
One driver was from Owen Sound, while the others were from Montreal, East York, Milton, Brampton, London, North York, Weillington North, Wellesley Township, Kitchener, and Cambridge. They ranged in age from 18 to 51 years old.
