The OPP has charged a man with impaired operation of a vessel on the Severn River.
On Saturday, police say they received two complaints regarding a vessel being operated by a man who was believed to be drinking on the river, but officers were unable to locate the boat.
Police say the same vessel was spotted the following day, when it was stopped and a 62 year old Collingwood man was arrested on impaired charges.
