A driver has been charged after a single vehicle collision that involved a car hitting a cement culvert.
Perth County OPP say just after 7 pm Wednesday June 17th, they were called to the area of Road 144 and Perth Line 55.
The investigation revealed that the vehicle had been travelling northbound on Road 144, when the driver lost control and entered the ditch.
The vehicle then collided with a cement culvert but there were no injuries.
The driver, a 27 year old woman from Perth East was a G1 driver, and did not have an accompanying driver.
She has been charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs and not having a qualified driver with her.
