
The Town of Shelburne has decided to hold a special meeting to let the community give input on the OPP costing.
The Community Information Session with the OPP is on Tuesday July 7th from 6:30 to 8 pm and will taken place electronically through Zoom video conferencing.
If you want to have access to the meeting you have to register with town clerk Jennifer Willoughby jwilloughby@shelburne.ca, to have access to the public meeting, no later than July 2nd.
If you have questions you have to submit those in writing to the town clerk via email jwilloughby@shelburne.ca, fax 519-925-6134, the town hall drop box by July 2nd, or through the mail 203 Main Street East Shelburne, ON L9V 3K7.

The Town will be receiving a costing proposal from the OPP on June 22nd, and they will have six months from then to respond to the OPP as to whether or not they will disband Shelburne Police in favour of the Provincial Police.
