Perth County OPP have charged a man after a fatal collision earlier this month that killed a person from North Perth.
The two vehicle collision happened June 5th on Perth Line 44 at Perth Road 180.
A 69 year old man from North Perth was killed.
A 23 year old old man from Malahide Township has been charged with careless driving causing death.
