An update on what the Covid-19 pandemic has cost Canada and how it will affect the country moving Forward will be released July 8th.
Today Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed the largest economic measures taken in our lifetime, which continue to help millions of Canadians
On July 8th the government will release its economic and fiscal snapshot.
“This will give Canadians a picture of where our economy is right now, how our response compares to that of other countries and what we can expect for the months to come,” said Trudeau.
Trudeau pledged to get Canadians answers on economic questions, agreeing that people need info on the money being spent
Today, $500 million was pledged for research grants to study viruses, developing AI and chemical engineering.
Fish and Seafood producers too will soon be able to access two more programs, one being the Canadian Fish and Seafood Opportunities Fund; and, for processors, they will soon be able to apply for the Canadian Seafood Stabilization Fund.
