Three unions representing 75,000 Ontario hospital staff members are holding a day of action today.
They say the protest is in regards to the provincial pandemic pay fiasco.
The unions say not a dime has reached their members paycheques and thousands of hospital workers are still excluded from receiving pandemic pay.
Those still excluded include: pharmacy and lab technicians, diagnostic imaging staff, occupational therapy assistants and physiotherapy assistants, as well as multiple administrative staff who keep the patient medical records system going.

Hospital workers across #Ontario will wear "It Takes A Team to Care" stickers to protest @fordnation and failure to include all #HealthcareHeroes in their pandemic pay premium. To think @fordnation believe all healthcare workers don't work collectively is absurd #onhealth #onlab pic.twitter.com/3uEatXQfZi
