AS of today, the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Library is launching its book pick up service.
While, the Book Return opened at the end of May, library members can now request books and other materials (place holds).
The library is asking people to wait until they get a phone call to say their materials are ready.
They are accepting returns at their outside return box as the first phase of their curbside drop-off and pick-up service.
They note, for now, return only magazines, DVDs, CDs or audiobooks. Returned materials will be quarantined until they are safe to circulate.
If you have anything else from the library, you're being asked to hold onto it until the building is open.
Also of note, the library is not taking book donations at the moment.
You can place holds online at www.owensound.library.on.ca.
You can also call, email or send a Facebook message.
