An arrest has been made, after a couple was allegedly assaulted while walking on the Sunnyside trail in Midland.
Police were called about the incident on Friday night, and a short time later, were called to a break-in at a home in Penetanguishene.
Officers located the suspect on Fuller Avenue, and linked him to both incidents.
A 29 year old man is now charged with assault and break and enter.
