Three Georgian Bluffs residents face charges after police executed a search warrant at a rural property in the township.
Police say over the past few months multiple thefts from construction sites throughout Grey and Bruce counties have been reported to OPP.
Provincial Police say a warrant was carried out on June 5 at a residence on Sideroad 15 in Georgian Bluffs.
OPP say officers recovered a stolen firearm, assorted stolen lumber, construction tools, 74 industrial solar panels and drugs.
The estimated value of the property recovered is $43,000.
Three people in the residence were arrested.
A 49-year-old man, 37-year-old man and 38-year-old woman — all from Georgian Bluffs — face multiples charges, including property crime, drug trafficking and firearms related offences.
The accused were held in custody for bail hearings on June 6.
