Dufferin County OPP is warning motorists to watch for all kinds of wildlife on the roads after multiple car versus deer collisions.
Since the beginning of this week, Dufferin OPP has investigated 10 collisions involving deer mostly between the hours of 5 and 8:30 am.
Drivers — particularly those commuting through Dufferin County in the early evening and early morning hours – are being warned that deer are also commonly out during those times.
Police suggest you slow down so you can react appropriately to a deer if you see one, look ahead on the road in front of you, and when there is one, there’s usually more.
