The number of vehicles speeding in our region continues to grow.
Caledon OPP have been conducting speed enforcement and have charged multiple drivers.
Between Thursday June 4th, and Sunday June 7th, five drivers were stopped for going anywhere from 125 to 142 km/h in posted 60, 70, or 80 km/h zones.
The vehicles were stopped on Highway 10, Mayfield Road and Coleraine Drive, and three of the drivers charged were from Brampton, one was from Caledon, and the other was from Brantford.
The drivers were charged with Stunt Driving and received an immediate seven-day vehicle impound and driver’s licence suspension.
