A significant list of businesses, including restaurants, hair salons and malls, will be allowed to reopen as of Friday in parts of Ontario including in Dufferin, Wellington and Simcoe Counties, and Grey County.
The businesses included in Stage 2 are:
Outdoor patios at restaurants, bars and other establishments, tattoo parlours, barber shops, and beauty salons, shopping malls , beaches, and swimming pools.
The province is also increasing social gathering rules, now allowing up to 10 people as of Friday.

But municipalities within the GTHA as well as some hard-hit areas of southern Ontario will not be allowed to reopen additional businesses until June 19 at the earliest.
Ontario Premier Doug Ford is expected to announce today, the province’s plan to reopen child-care centres.
