An annual event that is more like a homecoming in our area is not going ahead in 2020.
The Great Northern Exhibition has been cancelled because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Collingwood Agricultural Society says “thank you all who have supported us in our decision to cancel the 2020 Great Northern Exhibition. Stay tuned for possible virtual competitions and demonstrations being considered for this year on our website.”
The fair will go ahead September 24 to 26, 2021 with the same theme of Barns On The Farm.
