Grey Bruce OPP say the incident happened just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning on 21, west of Bruce County Road 14. Police say a car heading westbound crossed the centre line and travelled onto the gravel shoulder in the opposite lane, colliding with a pick-up truck.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
A 29-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula, the driver of the car, was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
Highway 21 was closed between McRae Road and Scotch Settlement Road Chippawa Hill for several hours yesterday due to the collision.
