A virtual roundtable was held this week to discuss the situation surrounding small business in Brockton.
Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson participated to hear from the business community there and in the surrounding area on how to respond to COVID-19.
She along with the Minister of Small Business and Red Tape Reduction Prabmeet Sarkaria, the Mayor of Brockton Chris Peabody, and members of the local BIA were on the call.
Thompson says it is critical that communities across the province have a chance to provide their insights and feedback to the Ontario government as we continue our recovery.
Sarkaria says small businesses like these are vital to our communities and they know better than anyone what it takes to create jobs, jumpstart growth, and get our economy moving again.
