
A 79 year old Caledon man has died after a fatal crash in Bolton.
Wednesday May 13th around 1:33 pm, officers from Caledon OPP responded to a collision at Healey Road and Nixon Road.
Three vehicles, a car and two pick up trucks were involved.
Police say the car was travelling north west on Healey Road at a high rate of speed when it crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting one pick up truck, then the other – head on.
The passenger in the pick up truck that was hit head on, died, while the driver had life-threatening injuries and had to be airlifted to hospital.
The driver and the passenger of the black sedan had non-life threatening injuries.
The 22 year old drive of the car, from Brampton, has been charged with operation with impaired causing death and causing bodily harm.
