Grey Bruce OPP have identified the victim in a homicide investigation underway in Southgate.
Police say on December 24th, 2019, human remains were found in the area of Southgate Road 10, east of Highway 6.
The body has been identified as that of Monica Chisar of Hamilton, who was last seen in July of 2018 and was reported missing by family several months later in September.
