Orangeville Police is investigating a fail to remain collision that happened at a bank ATM.
May 6th around 7 am, a vehicle was at the Bank of Montreal drive-thru ATM at 274 Broadway.
The ATM wasn’t working and the exit was blocked by other vehicles so police say the vehicle reversed, hitting a post that supported the overhead sign.
There was severe damage to the post and the rear of the vehicle.
A witness described the vehicle as a blue van – possibly a Dodge Caravan – driven by a female.
Police are continuing their investigation and would like to hear from anyone who might have information regarding the identity of the driver who fled the scene.
