Since the pandemic forced more people to stay at home, more and more stunt driving charges have been laid around the province.
Caledon OPP recently stopped and charged four drivers for going too fast.
Officers stopped vehicles between April 30th and May 4th on Mayfield Road, Forks of the Credit Road, Centreville Creek Road and The Gore Road.
A 47-year-old driver from Mississauga was caught going 104 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone
A 37-year-old driver from Brampton was police say was going 99 km/h in a 40 km/h community safety zone
A 25-year-old driver from Loretto, was driving 116 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone
29-year-old Caledon driver was nabbed going 125 km/h in a 70 km/h zone.
On April 29th at about 8:06 a.m., a driver overtook an unmarked police vehicle travelling 124 km/h in an 80 km/h zone at Old Church Road and Humber Station Road.
