It’s Children’s Mental Health Week (CMHW May 3-9).
New Path Youth & Family Services in Barrie is asking everyone in Simcoe County to Shine Green for children’s mental health.
It is inviting everyone to wear green and to download, colour, and share a free colouring page for mental health, which can be hung in your windows.
Then, families are invited to share the pictures on social media using the hashtag #CMHW2020 #shinegreen and tagging @NewPathYFS.

Approximately 1 in 5 children and youth in Ontario has a mental health disorder and if left untreated, these can lead to serious long-term consequences for children or youth and their families.
