OPP searched three separate houses in Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and the Toronto area on Thursday.
A number of OPP detachments were involved in the investigation.
Officers seized over 1.4 kilograms of cocaine, about 180 grams of fentanyl/carfentanyl, 27 grams of mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and over 27 thousand dollars in cash, two guns and ammo.
A 42 year old Collingwood woman, a 49 year old man from Collingwood and a 25 year old man from North York face a number of charges.
