There are more cases of COVID 19 at one long term care home in Shelburne.
39 residents at Shelburne Residence have tested positive for the virus, and 18 staff also have it.
That’s an increase from numbers released from Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health on Friday April 24.
There have been 9 deaths at the facility as well.
The Local Health Integration Network, and Headwaters Health Care Centre are helping them with additional staff needs.
Meanwhile there’s been no change at Dufferin Oaks, with 4 residents and 5 staff testing positive, which remains the same.
There has only been one death there so far.
