A 47 year old Penetanguishene man faces assault and uttering threats charges.
OPP say they were called to a Chatham Street residence last Tuesday to investigate a report about a man being assaulted in his apartment.
The suspect fled, but was caught April 25th in Penetanguishene.
The suspect’s been charged with uttering threats, posession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and failing to comply with probation.
He was held for a bail hearing and will appear before the courts at a future date.
