A 57-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in Kawartha Lakes.
Police say they were called to a home on Valley Road on Tuesday, when they found a man dead outside.
The victim has been identified as 73-year-old local resident Glen Mark, but a cause of death has not been released.
The accused (Richard Brachman) appeared in court yesterday for a bail hearing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
