An uninvited houseguest has been arrested in Orillia.
Police say on Sunday afternoon, a man walked into an apartment on Colborne Street, where he scared the two female occupants, before allegedly assaulting one of them, stealing a pack of cigarettes, and taking off on a bike.
A witness identified the man and he was arrested a short time later.
Police say 21-year-old James Fraser is now facing charges of assault, theft, being unlawfully in a dwelling and failing to comply with probation.
