A 20 year old Midland man faces charges related to mischief to vehicles and a donation box theft.
OPP were called to a Cook Drive residence in Midland April 15th and learned that someone had been trying the handles of parked vehicles in the area over several days.
They identified a suspect who had violated terms of his judicial release in Barrie.
The investigation led to the Tim Hortons on Midland Avenue on April 18th where they say the suspect stole cash donations from the Camp Day donation box in the drive thru.
They arrested the suspect at a Yonge Street motel in Midland the next day.
The suspect faces charges including theft under $5,000, trespassing at night, mischief and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
