A new online portal that will match and fill much-needed healthcare positions across Ontario is being launched by the Provincial Government.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says people from across Ontario in the healthcare sector, from medical students to retired workers are volunteering their services.
The new Workforce Matching Portal will work to fill gaps in the fight against Covid-19.
Premier Doug Ford says today’s message to hospitals, assessment centres and clinics is “help is on the way.”
Thousands of Canadian companies and organizations also continue to build and donate gloves, masks, and other supplies.
Ford says “this is the Ontario spirit.”
