A man has been arrested, following a disturbance in Penetanguishene.
Just after midnight on Sunday, police were called to a home on Fox Street, where officers took a 33-year-old Etobicoke man into custody for failing to comply with recognizance.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on a future date.
