If you’re feeling lonely in isolation, it’s a great time to adopt or foster a pet.
The Georgian Triangle Humane Society says its Animal Centre will remain open on a limited capacity.
Adoptions will continue to take place Monday through Friday and potential adopters are asked to visit its website for animals looking for forever homes.
It will also continue to provide emergency pet boarding and promises animals that are injured, abandoned or at risk will be prioritized.
