Thanks to a phone call from a concerned citizen, a suspected impaired driver has been arrested in MIdland.
Police say on Friday afternoon, they responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Frazer Drive, where the vehicle was just sitting at a stop sign at Park Avenue.
An officer arrived and was eventually able to awaken the driver, a 22-year-old man, who was taken into custody on several charges including operation while impaired and failing to comply with probation.
He’s also lost his license for 90 days and vehicle for the next week.
