Wasaga Distribution is helping customers who are struggling to make payments in “these trying times”.
The hydro company says it recognizes the challenges that many of their customers may face during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
The company announces that the winter disconnection moratorium for residential customers will be continued into the coming months.
Effective now, Wasaga Distribution will extend this service for a minimum of three months and will continue to re-evaluate the situation on a regular basis.
WDI wants to reassure customers that they will have power so that they can take care of their families during this pandemic.
