An employee Midland’s Walmart Supercentre has been tested for COVID-19, but despite an erroneous media report, the case has NOT been confirmed.
Local health officials are working to confirm the case and we’ll keep you updated.
The store was shut down for a few hours yesterday, so it could be cleaned/sanitized thoroughly and re-opened around noon.
The store now has reduced hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..
