Barrie Mayor Jeff Lehman remains in self-isolation, after returning from a recent trip to the United States.
He announced social media yesterday that he has launched two initiatives: the Economic Support Task Force and Social Support Task Force – to deal with impacts of COVID-19 in Barrie and protect local jobs and businesses.
Mayor Jeff says what you can do is shop local.
He says will all need to work together as a community to combat COVID-19.
