Drivers in downtown Owen Sound can expect to encounter road work on part of the bridge detour route tonight.
The city advises there will be reduced lanes on 2nd Avenue West beginning at 6 p.m. as a contractor will be completing asphalt repairs on behalf of Enbridge Gas.
The work will take place along 2nd Avenue West at the intersections of 10th Street West and 9th Street West.
This relates to natural gas main repairs that Enbridge undertook last week.
Traffic control persons will be present to direct vehicles moving through the construction zone tonight.
