Without a collective agreement between the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation and the Provincial Government, all elementary and secondary schools in the Bluewater District School Board are closed to students today.
The board says they will reopen tomorrow.
Meanwhile, teachers in Ontario's English Catholic system have announced a one-day strike next Tuesday on Jan. 21.
