The man behind yesterdays (Dec 17) “High Risk” situation in Tara has been identifed by South Bruce OPP.
Police say Bradley Caskanette (27) of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged two counts of uttering threats – person and property.
The threats were directed towards law enforcement personnel.
He is being held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for December 28, 2019.
Caskanette was taken into custody by members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) without incident.
Negotiators, Tactics and Rescue officers, the Emergency Response Team and the OPP canine unit were also involved in the incident.
